Ingredients

Scale

1 cup sour cream

23 tablespoons furikake

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt, optional (depends on the saltiness of the furikake)

1/4 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust for seasoning.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve with chips and crudité.
