Description
A delightful syrup to use in cocktails or to flavor seltzer water.

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups lychee, peeled, deseeded, and quartered
1 inch piece ginger, skinned and cut into matchstick pieces
Instructions
Heat the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the fruit and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
Remove the syrup from the heat and let the fruit steep until the mixture cools. Strain.
