Description
These herb roasted mixed nuts are delicious for snacking and perfect for gifting. These nuts have a lot of herby goodness with a touch of sweetness and a bit of heat.
Ingredients
2 cups roasted unsalted mixed nuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon dried herb blend (like Herbes de Provence)
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes* until golden, stirring once halfway through.
Allow to cool fully before serving or storing in an airtight container.
Notes
*Bake for 30 minutes if using raw nuts.
