6 cups cheese balls
6 cups chicharrons (pork rinds)
2 cup kakimochi
¼ cup butter-flavored popcorn oil (like Orville Redenbacher)
4 tablespoons furikake
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss together the cheese balls, pork rinds, and kakimochi. Coat everything with the popcorn oil. Sprinkle with the furikake and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes then toss again.
Spread the mixture on large sheet pans to dry an additional 15 minutes.
Store in an airtight container.
