Curried Vegetable Dip

Description

This dip is not only great with vegetables but with chips too.


Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 teaspoon curry powder*

1/2 teaspoon chili powder*

2 teaspoons ketchup

2 teaspoons onion, finely minced or grated

2 teaspoons snipped chives or green onions


Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together.

Chill before serving.

Notes

*Curry and chili powders can vary greatly in taste and heat. Use your favorites and experiment with different combinations. I use a garam masala curry blend and a hot chili powder.
